Nativity Goat Found 25 Days

Nativity Goat Found 25 Days, A semi-famous goat who escaped from a nativity scene near Fergus Falls Christmas Eve is no longer on the lam.

After 25 days of searching, Curley the long haired goat turned up at the Tony Loomer farm southwest of Fergus Falls late Wednesday afternoon. She was eating with the other goats, and besides being very cold and a bit tangled Curley appeared to be in reasonable condition.

Mrs. Loomer called owners Jim and Karen Aakre, who came to pick Curley up and haul her home.

The Aakres say the goat appears quite happy to be back in her normal setting.

The goat slipped out of her collar during an appearance at a nativity scene at Bethleham Church.
