Nassau Community College, “Ball:” The Community College Nassau Wreckin”(NCC) Theatre and Dance Department and the Africana Studies Department presents “The Wreckin Ball ‘,” a two-act play that explores eight-character changes in a family particular, and general community support when their inner-city is planned for urban renewal. The show begins at 8 pm Tickets are per person and 9, and 7 for seniors 55 and over, and 5 for under 18 and free for current students seeking advanced tickets. No. 16-ranked York College squad to fight back the championship division of the American College in Virginia Duals 2011 with two victories on Saturday.
Chris Albright, who has won each of his three matches, including a pair of pins, was named Most Outstanding Wrestler of the division.

As a team, the Green and White won the semifinal against the “Nassau Community College,”21-16, then won the title with a 25-19 victory against King College in Tennessee.

Championship game against King York proved far less tight as the Spartans raced out to a comfortable advantage 22-3. Green and White won five of first six matches, including four straight wins. Taylor Boyd started the game with a fixed gain to 125. Albright then took a drop to 141 and is a remarkable 17-1 season.

York returns to action at 14 are on Tuesday, when he moved to nearby Elizabethtown. There, the Spartans will take on a pair of top-15 squad as they face No. 9 College of New Jersey and No. 15 Centennial.
