Nascar Pepsi Max 400, NASCAR Sprint Cup final practice for Sunday’s Pepsi MAX 400 at Auto Club Speedway in Fontana, California, is complete.

Fastest during the last practice was Jimmie Johnson and his No. 48 Lowe’s / Jimmie Johnson Foundation Chevrolet with a lap of 40.092 seconds / 179,587 mph. Johnson was just a smidge faster than Jeff Gordon and his No. 24 DuPont / Pepsi Chevrolet that Max has set up a tour of 40.098 seconds / 179,560 mph. The difference between the pair of Hendrick teammates was a mere 0,006.

Jamie McMurray and his Chevrolet No. 1 McDonald’s was the third fastest after a tour of 40.114 seconds / 179,488 mph which was faster than Greg Biffle and his No. 16 3M Ford was clocked at 40.221 seconds / 179,011 mph.

Kevin Harvick and his No. 29 Shell / Pennzoil Chevrolet was fifth in the one hour practice session Happy.

The next step for the NASCAR Sprint Cup is the race on Sunday, which is the fourth in the Chase.
