Naomi Christina ‘Amy’ Biden

Naomi Christina ‘amy’ Biden, Birth: November 8, 1971 Death: December 18, 1972 the daughter of the then newly elected Senator Joe Biden who became vice president in Barack Obama. Naomi and her mother died in a car accident while his two brothers were seriously injured.

In 1966, while in law school, Biden married Neilia Hunter. They had three children, Joseph R. “Beau” Biden III, Robert Hunter, and Naomi Christina (“Amy”). Amy Neilia and baby died in a car accident just before his inauguration as U.S. Senator in 1973. His two sons, Beau and Hunter, were seriously injured in the accident, but both eventually recovered completely. Biden sworn in bed.
Joe considered resigning the Senate to take care of his family as a single mother, stating that “Delaware could always get another senator, but his sons could not get another father.

” He was persuaded by Ted Kennedy and Hubert Humprhey, among others, to stay. At that time, Biden journey began half an hour each day on Amtrak from his home in Delaware, Washington, DC

In 1977, four years after losing his wife, he married Jill Jacobs. Together, they have a daughter, Ashley.
