My Verizon, To bring services to their subscribers Verizon launches new portal to serve its customers. The site offers a variety of service of the ordinary things to the latest developments in the Web service based.
My new portal provides access to Verizon’s account management services for wireless and wired. It is an improvement of application My Verizon Mobile that has been available on wireless accounts.
Besides account management functionality that provides access to some features, such as Verizon FIOS DVR programming, programming and video on demand ad. A smart phone can even order a video on demand, which can be watched later at home or managing caller ID and voice mail as you while away.
Once you have registered for the service on any computer you do not have to register again. You can use your mobile phone to access the service immediately. The site can also be used to access the electronic billing and mobile.
In an effort to empower its customers Verizon has enhanced its self-help options as well. They know that the right information can go a long way in helping to solve customer problems
