The heavyweight champion and his wife Yolanda are suing the former owners of his mansion in Madrid, saying they were not informed of the housing problems before you buy.
Ali, 69, bought the eastern Jefferson County, Kentucky mansion in 2006 as a summer home to 1.9 million, according to Louisville 11 WHAS television stations.
Boxing legend and his wife said that the owners, and Patrick Beverly Lancaster, lied about the problems with the house, there would be a leak in the roof and chimney, poor insulation, inadequate ventilation, faulty accumulation of covers and rust . The couple seeks unspecified damages.
Ali, born Cassius Clay, was born in Louisville and went on to become the first and only three-time heavyweight boxing. He was diagnosed with Parkinson’s disease in 1983. Sports Illustrated named him “Sportsman of the Century” in 1999. He has been married to Yolanda, his fourth wife, since 1986.
