Mountain West Conference

Mountain West Conference, The Mountain West Conference has invited the states of Nevada and Fresno to join the conference. Both schools are located in the Western Athletic Conference (WAC), and extended invitations to join the Mountain West Conference at the time that Boise State University. Boise State has already committed to leave the WAC for the MWC, so it is stronger now. Utah’s loss was a step backwards for the MWC, but if they could convince both Fresno State and Nevada to join the conference, which would add even more depth. At the same time, this could soon mean the end of the WAC if they lose two most schools this offseason.

This is a very big deal of the Mountain West Conference, and according to ESPN, Nevada and is seriously considering the invitation. This really seems like something that the University of Nevada must jump from the cases, because if the WAC ends falling apart, do not want to be one of the teams left behind in the final. Join the Mountain West in the same season as Boise State and Fresno State also help them to slip under the radar, and do not fall into the fire like a lot of schools that remain in the WAC. There is indeed an obstacle to all this takes place however, and is an agreement that the remaining teams signed WAC Boise State when they lost. The agreement imposes a purchase and 5 million that the school has to pay to leave the WAC.

What do you think of football and basketball fans? Is this something that Fresno State and Nevada should seriously consider? Or would a move that comes with too high a cost for universities to pay now?
