Mitch Mustain, Mustain, 22, was released after posting bond and 30,000, report the Times. He was transferred to USC in 2007 after an 8-0 as a rookie starting at Arkansas. He left after a quarrel with Razorback coach Houston Nutt then more, among other things, the direction and philosophy of the offense of the team.

Mitch Mustain, including football ELIGIBILITY southern California expired at the end of the 2010 season, was arrested Tuesday night on suspicion of selling prescription drugs. The charge is a felony. The Associated Press quoted Los Angeles Police Department spokesman Bruce Borihanh as a confirmation of the arrest Wednesday.

The Los Angeles Times reported on its website Wednesday that Mustain was arrested in a sting, but the LAPD did not immediately provide details.
