Miss Nebraska 2011, Beauty contest “Miss America 2011 held Saturday night in Las Vegas (Nevada) was won by Miss Teresa Scanlan Nebraska, reports the Associated Press.

Miss Scanlan, 17 years’ Miss Nebraska “has always been a favorite to win the title that was shown on Saturday night when it emerged victorious, beating all other finalists for the crown. Outside the ring, she received a scholarship of 50 000 dollars.

Scanlan is the youngest winner of this pageant since 1921 when the title was won by a young girl of 15 years. It was mainly her talent that has helped many to win the title. Miss Nebraska made “White Water chopsticks on the piano.
