Milli Vanilli, You know that half of Milli Vanilli, who had shamefully stripped their Grammy in 1990 after it came out they were lip-synching to the voice of others in their footsteps. The tragedy in this story is that: (a) the other half of the duo, Rob Pilatus was found dead from an overdose of prescription pills in 1998 and (b) that people could be blackmailed, and it seems they were railroaded by their manufacturer in making credit for others’ voices. Heck, they were homeless when they signed their contract. I am therefore very pleased to learn that the Fab-which is pretty easy on the eyes with his cropped hair, is back in the game of music.
He established a group SMFM and recording music in Amsterdam, where he lives. But he is not afraid to return to its roots. Above, to see “Girl You Know It’s True.” And here, see a video of him he practices with his group.
“It is hard to rebuild my life with this stigma,” he said. “But I want to” Milli Vanilli is when you fall; you get up and go forward. And nobody can take that away from you. “
