Middlesex County College, Chef Kevin Sbraga, winner of Bravo TV Top Chef national competition, will give cooking demonstrations at Middlesex County College, 2600 Woodbridge Avenue, Edison. Sbraga will demonstrate breakfast at 9:30, a “little party” program to 16 hours, and a demonstration dinner at 6:15 p.m. in Crabiel Hall. His program is free, but registration is required and seating is limited. In addition, the college offers 30 courses from kitchen this month, and which cost 50 each and include a tasting and copies of receipts. Saturday, February 19: quarterfinals at Middlesex County College, noon, 1:30 pm, 4:00 p.m., and 5:30 pm
Tuesday, February 22: semifinals at South Brunswick High School, 5:30 pm and 7:00 p.m.
Friday, February 25: Final at Rutgers, 6:00 p.m.
