Mickey Rooney, (AP) - A judge has granted a Mickey Rooney temporary restraining order of his step-son, who is accused in court documents filed by deprivation of food and medicine to the veteran actor of 90 years and its interference in its personal finances. Superior Court of Los Angeles judge Reva Goetz approved the general strike for Monday after Rooney’s lawyers filed for protection from the Academy Award-nominated actor, saying he lives in fear of his stepson, Chris Aber.

The ordinance requires Aber remain 100 yards from Rooney and his home and to refrain from communicating with the actor until a hearing on February 24 when the restraining order can be extended.

“Chris is verbally abusive to Mickey,” said the court filing. “He screams and yells at Mickey. He threatens, intimidates, bullies and harasses Mickey.

“Mickey is effectively a prisoner in his own house,” says the filing.

Superior Court of Los Angeles judge Reva Goetz has appointed a temporary preservative for the actor 90 years on Monday, and included Aber wife Christina in order to avoid contact with Rooney at least until February 24 at another hearing on the matter will take place.

Rooney said in a statement, “All I want is to live a peaceful life, to regain my life and be happy. I pray to God every day to protect us, help us to endure, and guide the citizens other senior who also suffer. ”

Aber Rooney accuses him of “a prisoner in his own home” by taking control of its finances, timing appearance and continues to threaten him.

Rooney has been featured in The Hollywood Reporter Legends special 80th anniversary of Hollywood.

According to court documents, he allegedly deprived of Rooney medicine and food and confiscated his passport and other identity cards.
“Mickey is very afraid that Chris will become physically threatening cons Mickey and may even attempted abduction of his house in Mickey’s lawyers said the actor.

Rooney also accuses Mr. Aber to force him to make personal appearances and sign financial documents without reading them.

“All I want is to live a peaceful life, to regain my life and be happy,” Rooney said in a statement.
