Michigan Talent Bank, Michigan 2-1-1 system can help the 99ers to communicate with a variety of private and public resources in their areas to meet basic needs. With assistance in finding employment, 99ers still eligible to use the re-employment services available to Banque”Talent””Michigan and Michigan Works! Offices.

Michigan Talent’’Bank’’’’EST a website that provides a large number of state-based private jobs in the company of different skill sets, education levels and abilities.
According to the Michigan Unemployment Insurance Agency to November 30, there are about 162,000 99ers in the state. 99ers are those who have exhausted all unemployment benefits available to them and have not yet found employment.

The number is so high because of job losses in Michigan accelerated in late 2008 as you can see on this chart created by the Michigan League for Human Services. Due to a lack of jobs available, most of those layoffs at the height of the recession are still without work.
The recent extension of unemployment benefits does not provide federal assistance to 99ers, and it is unlikely that Congress pass legislation to provide additional weeks of benefits to those already available. This leaves many in Michigan, without a lifeline to sustain basic needs.

The 99ers MLHS advised to connect to the website of the Michigan hand to determine if they qualify for food assistance, health insurance or Medicaid MiChild. The Programme for the autonomy of the family is available for those who have low incomes and few assets, as the MLHS.
