Michele Bundy, Last Friday I reported that Shannon Sharpe was served with a temporary restraining order by a court in Atlanta on a petition filed by a woman named Michele Bundy. A hearing has been scheduled for the case in the Superior Court of Fulton County in Atlanta on Monday, September 20. Sharpe has not been charged with a crime or been arrested.
Shannon Sharpe Petition for Restraining Order
Bundy Today I obtained temporary restraining order request filed last Thursday in the Superior Court of Fulton County.
Shannon Sharpe restraining order
Bundy was granted a temporary order of protection after accusing Sharpe of CBS commentator of forcing her to have sex with him, making numerous threats against his life and harass her. Sharpe was ordered by the Court that Bundy or contact with their immediate family and stay at least 200 meters away from her at all times.
Bundy lawyer that included allegations against Sharpe in the petition and restraining order:
Forced to have sex with him. Repeatedly calls and threatens her life. Places under surveillance and calls to say he is watching.
Bundy requested in the petition that a minor child in charge will also apply to the protective order. The request was granted by the judge.
As the judge, the September 20 hearing will require Bundy and his attorney “to show why the claims (restraining order) of the petitioner to be awarded.”
CBS has no comment on the record so far regarding the temporary restraining order against Sharpe but I sent today to discuss these new developments and expect a response.
After my report on Friday, Sharpe made his NFL regular duties hosting the CBS studio on Sunday and did not comment on the case.
