Michael Lohan Heart

November 25, 2011 by staff

Michael Lohan Heart, Michael Lohan was rushed to the hospital to undergo heart surgery and clear a blood clot on his lung. Lindsay Lohan’s dad, fresh out of a Tampa jail recently, was taken in for treatment Thanksgiving night after complaining of feeling sick.

Thanksgiving is supposed to be a day of reflection, calm, and family. But it was anything but uneventful last night when Lohan suddenly complained of not feeling well.

While at the court-ordered treatment center in Florida (possibly for anger management stemming from two recent domestic abuse arrests), his blood pressure was taken.

When the measurement displayed 200/160 (normal range is 120/80), Michael Lohan was rushed to a nearby hospital, citing a TMZ story.

After a battery of tests were taken on Lindsay Lohan’s father, it was learned he had a blockage in his heart’s chambers. Another test revealed that the 51-year-old ex-husband to Dina Lohan, had a blood clot on his lung.

Doctors at the Florida hospital scheduled heart surgery to treat his cardiac and lung problems.

It’s not a good way to usher in Thanksgiving and the Black Friday 2011 rush ahead of Christmas. But after having heart surgery in Feb. to clear another blockage, it’s time Michael Lohan got the proper help he needs.

He and his famous daughter have been in the public’s eye for some time. Most of the headlines are about legal problems stemming from alcohol and substance abuse to domestic violence. All that amounts to stress, that according to the WebMD, raises the risk for heart disease.

This story is still developing. Become social media fans below after the jump for more stories like this and updates on Lohan’s conditon.
