NBA spokesman Tim Frank said the sentence confirmed for the owner of the Charlotte Bobcats on Monday, but said the league does not comment on the total. ESPN.com reported the fine to 100,000.
In an interview last month with the Herald Sun of Australia, Jordan said that the current model of the NBA was “broken” and called for revenue sharing for small-market teams like yours Bobcats and Milwaukee Bucks, who Australian Andrew Bogut played. Hall of Famer said he knows that “the owners are not going to move from what we believe is necessary for us to reach an agreement in place where we can live as a couple.”
The NBA prohibits landlords to speak publicly about the labor situation.
