Michael Bolton & 'SNL'Michael Bolton & ‘SNL’, Tina Fey could have busted out her Palin impression, while hosting this weekend’s “Saturday Night Live” but it was Michael Bolton, who stole the show with an aspect of pirate lover in a digital short.

The singer joined Andy Samberg and The Lonely Island “Jack Sparrow”, which pays homage to (and saw) character of Johnny Depp in “Pirates of the Caribbean” movies.

The picture opens with Bolton’s meeting members of The Lonely Island to record a song – but late for the meeting because he got caught watching the “Pirates” films. While the rest of the rap group of girls and clubs in Bolton busts a chorus of Captain Jack, swashbucking and the seven seas, much to the other of confusion.

After singing on a beach Sparrow aboard a pirate ship, Bolton goes out and sings about other characters in the film, dressed as each in turn – first Forrest Gump, then Erin Brokovich ( yuck) and, finally, Tony Montana in Scarface. ”
Who knew he was a movie buff? The song appears on the new album from The Lonely Island “, neck & chain”, which goes on sale Tuesday.
