Domingo VilaltaDomingo Vilalta — MiaminewTimes — In today’s raid of a travesty and tragedy of South Florida: A 4-year-old boy is dead after he shot accidentally in the head, a police officer shoots a man to stop during a traffic stop, the search for a missing boater turned into a homicide investigation and a teen dies on a church doorstep.

Four-year-old Brandon ram somehow got a hold of a weapon last night in Miami Gardens home to his family and shot himself in the head. It was Jackson Memorial Hospital crashed shortly after 911 received a call at 7:30 clock, but he was dead on arrival.

Police believe the shooting was an accident. However, they have arrested 21-year-old Jonathan Dortch and charged him with gross negligence with a weapon and tampering with evidence. [CBS4]

* Decarlos Moore, 36, is shot by Miami Police Officer him during a traffic stop for lunch. The police will not say why Moore was pulled over, or why the officer shot him, but they say the incident is under review. Moore, a prison record has been, was stopped around 11:30 clock yesterday in the 1600 block of Third Avenue NW. He got out of the car and the officer opened fire. [Herald]
* Domingo Vilalta Manuel, 22, was on the water with a few friends for the Fourth of the fourth July. Two boats in Biscayne Bay near the Broad Causeway. When the boats returned, was missing Vilalta. His body was not recovered, and police now believe he would have to be deliberately pushed overboard after an argument. [CBS4]
* Nineteen-year-old Robert Sams is dead after a drive-by shooting outside Fraternity Baptist Church in North Miami Friday night. The police are for a gold Dodge Intrepid or Pontiac Grand Prix users. [CBS4]
* The second suspect in the Miami Beach Resort and Spa filming bond was denied. [WSVN]
