Melissa Joan Hart, It seems that the former “Sabrina, the Teenage Witch” star Melissa Joan Hart may have an attorney to some kind of legal assistance.

Hart’s former manager, Kieran Maguire, Hart sued in Los Angeles Superior Court Thursday, alleging breach of oral contract, fraud and unjust enrichment, among other alleged violations.

“Melissa Joan Hart has no heart, as evidenced by this action,” the suit begins, and not capriciously.

According to the lawsuit, Maguire Hart became manager in August 2006 and quickly revived the career of your message-Hart “Sabrina” doldrums.

“In fact, the advice and counsel of Maguire was integral in Hart pushed back into the Hollywood spotlight once again advertised as ‘America’s Sweetheart,’” says the lawsuit.

Maguire claims to have played a key role in numerous operations of Hart, including concerts, commercials, her appearance in “Dancing With the Stars” and ABC Family series “Melissa & Joey.” However, in March 2010, according to the lawsuit, Hart canned Maguire abruptly, without explanation, in “what can only be described as” being cheap, ‘”says the lawsuit.

From canning, according to the lawsuit, Hart has not fork over the commission of 10 percent Maguire in “Melissa & Joey” as your agreement allegedly asked. And that bothers Maguire – mostly because, he said, the actress got a raise for the fall 2011 season of “Melissa & Joey.”

The lawsuit also alleges that in 2008, Hart briefly stopped paying commissions director, and “Maguire admitted that he owed the commissions and that she was” just being cheap. ‘”

Maguire figures and 56,250 owed, plus what else could be due to salary increase assumptions from Hart. The lawsuit also seeks interest and costs.
