Mcps, Payment Options Merchant Solutions (MCPS), also known as Delta Card Services, a merchant chip provider, today announced the appointment of Giovanni Diano as Chief Financial Officer effective December 3, 2010.
Mr. Diano will report to Stan Paur, president and CEO of MCPS, and be responsible for all aspects of financial operations at the option traders.
More recently, Mr. Diano served as Senior Vice President of Finance for National Processing Company (NPC). Before that, Mr. Diano was Vice President of Financial Systems and Reporting Retriever Payment Systems. He also served as director of financial systems for Continental Airlines.
Mr. Diano holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Texas and a Masters in Business Administration from the University Rice. He is a Certified Public Accountant.
