Mcdonald’s Chicken, McDonald’s customers may notice something different as the fast food giant says the Italian and French sandwiches with grilled chicken above. Nation’s Restaurant News reported that the grilled chicken at McDonald’s was reworded to make it more neutral taste. Senior Director of Culinary Innovation Condreaut Dan described it as “mirepoix, salt and pepper, maybe a little garlic and herbs.”
Mirepoix is?? A French sauce base with sauteed carrots, onions and celery.
There will be new bread, round instead of oval and made with whole grains coated with cracked wheat.
Chicken is used grilled or fried to the top of an Asian salad sold for a limited time this summer. Asia will have salad with green salad, soybeans, peas, red peppers, and mandarin oranges, sliced?? toasted almonds and sesame dressing low fat and ginger.
There will be other changes in menu. The Christian Science Monitor said Chicken McNuggets McDonald’s and chicken breast strips would select new sauces.
The ranch dressing, which traditionally is served with strips have been Coudreaut what he said would be “more of a buttery taste.” McNuggets also be available.
There will be a Thai-inspired sauce dip with buffalo hot and fresh chile.
Restaurant News said Coudreaut also discussed the salt content, saying, “It is an important tool for chefs to use.” But he suggested that McDonald’s might consider reducing the salt content in the future as the use of citric acid or other measures to improve the taste.
