British model and actress has appeared in several campaigns Victoria’s Secret and has appeared on the cover of some of world’s most coveted fashion and beauty magazines. In particular, Huntington-Whiteley has recently replaced Megan Fox as the star of the upcoming movie Transformers: Dark of the Moon.

The beauty of 24 years has come out with some remarkable men in recent years, including Tyrone Wood and Oliver Martinez, but is currently seeing actor Jason Statham.

Megan Fox, who? Maxim is not mourning the loss of Fox in “Transformers” franchise. The magazine has named the franchise boy rookie Rosie Huntington-Whiteley as the hottest hottie in 2011, placing the number 1 on the Maxim Hot 100 list.

The top 10 is completed with Olivia Munn (# 2) Katy Perry (# 3) (last year # 1), Cameron Diaz (# 4), Mila Kunis (# 5), Bar Refaeli (# 6), Anne Hathaway (# 7), Natalie Portman (# 8), “How I Met Your Mother” star Cobie Smulders (# 9) and Jennifer Lawrence (# 10).

“It’s a great title for a year and you can have a good time with him, I think,” said Huntington-Whiteley. She appears in the edition with a leather jacket, not some booty shorts and top.

The June issue of the journal falls on 10 May and a group of other girls also made the cut. “Jersey Shore” JWoww star lands at # 78, Nicki Minaj places at # 75, Kim Kardashian places at # 35, Britney Spears is # 35, Taylor Swift at # 20 and Scarlett Johansson is # 14. Fox, who was No. 5 last year, placed at # 17.

Fans finally get to see Huntington-Whiteley in “Transformers: Dark of the Moon” when the movie opens July 1.
