Members of the Sarasota County sheriff said he received a complaint that Cirillo was using the money belonging to Depaulis “Anita” Seidel.
Deputies said that since March, Cirillo and moved about 600,000 in the financial accounts of Seidel their personal accounts. The Lamborghini was bought in July, the deputies said, after Cirillo dropped two checks for a total of 181 229 and drawn on accounts to which transferred money from the victim.
Seidel Cirillo previously granted authority to oversee their affairs and was appointed as the administrator of your living trust, but deputies said, “their actions show a clear violation of fiduciary duty as administrator of the accounts.”
Deputies said doctors told them that Seidel “could not have given their full consent, clear and relevant to the transactions.” Cirillo remained imprisoned in the afternoon. Bail had not been established.
