Man VS. WildMan VS. Wild, Man Vs Wild premieres every Monday at 8 pm, from September 5 and is repeated every Tues at 7 am and 13:00 and Sundays at 11 pm on Discovery Channel (TrueVisions D20).

The sixth season of Discovery Channel Man Vs Wild Bear sees the fight against the ground, defying the elements, rough water and the biting cold of landslides and deserts to get out alive.

This season also features a special episode on the bear carries a fellow actor Jake Gyllenhaal.

Bear Grylls is no stranger to extremes. He has served with British Special Forces, explored the Arctic, and was the youngest British climber to complete a summit and descent on Mount Everest.

In the hit series Man vs. Wild, Bear shows us how to survive the harshest environments and be abandoned by the position of a stranded tourist.

Using your specialist in survival techniques, trying to break through these environments. Along the way, bare encounters also dangerous predators, and food have to settle for what he can catch or find dead or alive _!

For two days, Bear and Jake embark on an experience of survival do not forget, an Icelandic landscape dominated by mountains, massive glaciers and some of the most active volcanoes in Europe.

Jake will have to go where you bear, eat what you eat bear, and sometimes even take the initiative if it is to address some of the worst conditions known to man.
