Man Crashes Car In Caterpillar CEOs Yard
January 15, 2012 by staff
Joshua Tucker is being held on $106,000 bond for charges that include driving under the influence and criminal damage to property.
Caterpillar CEO Doug Oberhelman says he arrived at his home in Edwards Tuesday to find Tucker on his property.
He says Tucker told him he was homeless and that he was looking for a job.
Police reports say that when Oberhelman asked Tucker how he could afford the Lincoln SUV he was driving, Tucker replied that he’d stolen it. Tucker then fled.
The (Peoria) Journal-Star reports that he was arrested early Wednesday in Peoria.
