Lyfe Jennings

Gugu Mbatha Raw, R & B singer Lyfe Jennings was sentenced to three years in prison Wednesday (September 21) derived from an altercation with his former girlfriend two years ago. Jennings revealed the news via his Twitter page.

‘This will be my last post,’ Jennings wrote. “To all who gave me the chance I’m forever in your debt. I had a fabulous career thanks to you. All I can say is that I’ve been fired honest. Do not sweeten a word did not hold back a] [part of my life from [you]. I have lived a hundred lives in these six years so that not only is, I have no right to complain. I think I like “I have changed my life for change, although can not be sure. One thing sure is that God gives and takes in the measurement. He is fair, equitable and forever. ”

Jennings was arrested for the first time in Atlanta back in 2008 after a confrontation with his former girlfriend Joy Pond which broke down the door of the house was, and shot with a .40-caliber machine guns firearm the street. The 37-year-old fled the scene leading police on a high-speed chase in his 2005 Chevy Corvette. He was later arrested and charged with possession of firearms by a convicted felon, attempting to elude officers, the discharge of a firearm near a highway and refusing to take a sobriety test.

Unfortunately, this last statement of the prison is not a new occurrence for the Ohio native. In 1992 he was convicted of arson and served 10 years behind bards before starting his musical career. Their last album ‘I Still Believe affected shops’ in the summer.
