Lori David Pleads Guilty, The Taylor High School mother, who was accused of sending n*de photos of herself to her son’s friend, has pleaded guilty to a charge of online solicitation of a minor.

Lori Darling David, 38, appeared in court Friday and was granted five years of deferred adjudication following the plea.

During questioning, David admitted to sending the photos, but investigators found no evidence of a sexual relationship between David and the teen.

David will have to register as a sex offender for 15 years, have no contact with children besides family members, pay a $500 fine and only use the Internet for employment purposes.

In addition, her cell phone is not allowed to have Internet access, and she can only text family members and other adults.

David was arrested last November after she was accused of sending n*de photos to a 16-year-old Taylor High School student last October.

According to the court documents, David and the teen’s mother are “jogging buddies.” David also has a 16-year-old son who is a friend of the teen and attends the same school.

The teen said David often volunteers at Taylor High School, where he attended in September and October.

“The two began to communicate via Facebook, e-mail and text messaging each other on a regular basis,” the court document said.

“The complainant stated the conversations would often be sexual in nature, and on the 14th of October, he received (n*de) images of the defendant.”

The Houston Metro Internet Crimes Against Children and Harris County Sheriff’s Office executed a search warrant on David’s residence in the 20300 block of Rustic Knolls Court on Nov. 4.

Investigators “obtained a videotaped interview with the defendant who openly confessed to sending the images to the underage juvenile complainant, whom at the time of the transmission of the images, the defendant had knowledge that the complainant was only 16 years of age and not her spouse,” the court document said.
