Lohan Probation Hearing
December 15, 2011 by staff
Judge Stephanie Sautner commended the Mean Girls actress for complying with the terms of her probation, stating that Lohan is “doing well” with her court-ordered community service and therapy dates – which stem from May’s necklace theft case.
LiLo received a good report after completing 12 days work at a morgue in LA, with Judge Sautner claiming: “Ms Lohan, you have actually done the work, and done it not only on time, but early. You’re doing well and I’d like to see you continue.”
With her 12 days of service completed, the 25-year old’s travel privileges have now been restored, meaning she will be able to visit her family over Christmas.
Lohan must now complete a further 12 days of community service and undergo four more therapy sessions before her next progress hearing in January, with Judge Sautner stating that Lindsay must attend the date, despite Lohan’s attorney asking for permission for LiLo to miss it.
