‘Little Couple’ Surrogate Miscarries, Last night, the season finale of TLC The couple poorly ventilated. The series chronicled the life of Dr. Jennifer Arnold and her husband Bill Klein, who suffer from a disorder of bone growth that causes dwarfism called skeletal dysplasia, and their path to parenthood. The final started with them getting the good news that his replacement was pregnant with her son, but the happiness quickly faded when he learned that the substitute suffered a miscarriage.

According to MSNBC, the couple took to her Facebook page to thank fans for their support. “While the loss of the pregnancy was difficult for us, we remain optimistic and focused on growing our family. The story does not end here … we promise,” wrote on his page.

In an interview with People, the couple talked about how difficult it was to go from joy to sudden sadness. Klein had to give the bad news of Arnold, as she was working at the Texas Children’s Hospital when he was given the news of his doctor. “Ugly or happy, you need to be told. It was a tough day, and Jen was more than originally expected,” he said.

The day she heard the news, gathered with friends and family, mourning, crying and talking. The next day, they decided they were going to raise a family while keeping their options open. May adopt or are still in surrogacy.

“We were so close and so pregnant with ultrasound in good condition, so it was horrible to end. But I could not have said it was done. A lot of family asked,” Will you go through this again? And my answer is, yes. It would be sad if I try again, “said Arnold.
