The “Mean Girls” star is scheduled to appear at a conference of routine review of the case to a judge overseeing her probation for drunken driving and minor cases of theft. Court official’s say that has not been presented indicating Lohan has violated her probation. But according to Radar Online, Los Angeles City Attorney Melanie Chavira wants to talk about the accusations of the actress party while under house arrest.

“Chavira want to discuss, while Lindsay’s party under house arrest, he tested positive for alcohol during this time,” a source told the gossip site.

Lohan has appeared in court numerous times since last July, when he was jailed and ordered to rehab not to attend classes on alcohol education.

Since then he has been imprisoned again, arrested for taking a necklace without permission, sent to another rehabilitation center and served 35 days under house arrest.

If the actress 25 years old stays out of trouble, her probation could end this year.
