November 2, 2011 by staff

Lindsay Lohan In Court Today, Lindsay Lohan is back in a Los Angeles court today – the seventh this year – and a judge may order her return to prison for failing to complete their mission of community service in a women’s shelter.

Lohan, 25, was discharged from the shelter program after failing to appear in nine times. He told her parole officer is not fulfilling the assignment.

Superior Court Judge Stephanie Sautner revoked Lohan’s probation in an audience of nearly two weeks, and today will determine whether Lohan violated the terms of her sentence. The judge has asked prosecutors to calculate the prison time that the actress would have to meet if you are in violation of her probation for misdemeanor drunken driving and theft cases.

Sautner, which is the fifth judge that Lohan has faced since he was first arrested in 2007, according to AP, when cut with Lohan last appeared in court but the judge was exasperated with California system, jail with budgetary constraints.

“If the jail meant something in the state of California now, maybe put me in jail,” said Sautner at the last court appearance of Lohan. The Office of City Attorney of Los Angeles has been advocating jail time for the actress.

Lohan, meanwhile, has dedicated himself to pose for Play boy, getting her teeth whitened and reporting to the mortuary in Los Angeles to serve the community. But in her first day was 40 minutes late. It is not good.
