Lee Corso, Just days after the Oregon State Police recovered the giant replica of the head of Lee Corso and charged two men with theft, which have begun the search for Oregon ducks fan burned the Reser Stadium turf after Oregon’s victory in the Civil War on Saturday. Police released a photograph on Tuesday and urged people to submit, if you have any information.
Oregon won the game, 37-20, successfully completing a perfect 12-0 regular season and a bid in the BCS National Championship game.
But the theft of the head of Corso – 5000 and a propeller used by the ESPN College Gameday – and burned the grass of the stadium has put a stop to the situation.
