Lakers SweepLakers Sweep, Jason Terry tied a playoff record with nine 3-point NBA and the Dallas Mavericks matched another postseason with 20 3s, feed a 122-86 victory over the Lakers on Sunday and a sweep of their second-round series. The victory puts the Mavericks in the Western Conference finals, ending the last dynasty of the Lakers and sends them to his coach, Phil Jackson, to retirement.

This game was over before halftime, the Mavericks tie a playoff record in the NBA with 11 3 points in the first half. Terry only outscored the Lakers 20-16 in the second quarter. The Lakers were frustrated by what Lamar Odom and Andrew Bynum was ejected for throwing vicious cheap shots 45 seconds apart early in the fourth quarter.
