Of course, before long, the album’s second single of Lady Gaga “Born This Way” – due out May 23 – also became available on iTunes.
Reaction, however, is somewhat mixed. While her first single “Born This Way” Gaga had to bite accusing critics of Madonna, “Express Yourself”, “Judas” seems to be making similar waves of déjà vu, but this time to last hit Gaga “Bad Romance.”
“Judas” is a straight dance pop number that plays to the strengths established the singer, “says Rolling Stone.” Although ‘Judas’ certainly has its own charms and hooks at least three incredibly catchy, is based on movements Gaga hard signature, and basically sounds like a cross between ‘Bad Romance “and” Poker Face. ”
The Village Voice described the only “nasty and dark, but ‘Judas’ definitely mining the same territory as” Bad Romance “- a lot of memorable words instantly without vocals, pounding rhythm, lyrics about a romance that is, well, bad. ”
New York Magazine Vulture, however, found the track to provide a “long experience, strong WTF,” but with a caveat: “If we zooted out of our minds at five in the morning on a dance floor in the sketch of Berlin at the moment, this is almost definitely the best song I’d ever heard. ”
Spin magazine reviews the topic by saying that “Not surprisingly, Gaga offers a pileup noisy, industrial-disco, and her performance is incredibly over,” adding that “there is no denying the primordial energy of” Judas. ”
Cher, meanwhile, is still in love.
“Lovin GAGA is Judas! Heard bout a month ago in the studio!” Twitter Cher. “It Collection Here! Love Now YOU’RE LOVE FOREVER!”
