Kitty Wardwell July 11 1983, A body discovered in a freezer can be a woman missing for more than 28 years. Wardwell kitten disappeared July 11, 1983, and was last seen by her “on-again off-again” boyfriend, Frank Julian, state police said this week after the discovery of the body.
The remains of a woman were found dead inside a freezer in a storage unit rented by the groom, who recently died on October 1 to 80.
The remains are suspected of Julian’s ex-girlfriend, Kitty above Wardwell.
He was 29 when she disappeared, while Julian was 52 years old in 1983.
“The remains have been found, but I do not know who this body at this point definitely,” said Stephen McCausland, spokesman for the Maine Public Safety Department of the local press.
“We have two families in the loop on the discovery and have interviewed a number of members of both families, but the final determination will be made by the coroner.”
According to NBC News, “Julian said police in Salem, NH, who left Wardwell in a motel there after the couple fought and the police came to the conclusion that Wardwell was likely the victim of foul play,” but were unable to solve the case.
The storage unit had been rented since 1992.
