Kings Of Leon Overheated, The Kings of Leon could not stand the heat in a concert in Dallas. Literally. The singer (and newlywed) Caleb Followill fans, and surprised his bandmates, for that matter-when he suddenly left the stage during his performance Friday night in the Hall of Gexa Energy.
So what happened? With temperatures reaching 90 in the city last night, the singer mostly complained of feeling overheated in place and the show stopped midway, the band’s manager confirms to E! News.
“My voice is completely 100 percent wrong, sorry,” the singer 29 years old, told the crowd. “I’m about to fall over here because I’m so damn hot … I’m going to go backstage for a second. I’m going to vomit, I’ll have a beer and I’ll come back here and I’ll play three more songs “.
Caleb then left the stage, but never returned.
The rest of the band was not very amused by his departure.
“We’re incredibly sorry, no words at this time,” said guitarist Jared Followill fans. “Caleb just maybe a little apt to play the rest of the series I know you hate us f -. King … not really our fault we will be back as soon as possible … F -. King Caleb hate, not us. ”
After the show, Jared apologized again on Twitter, “Sorry Dallas, and the heat better than some of us. Sorry for the inconvenience of all this bullsh-t.’ll be back soon.”
Representative Reyes also confirmed that the show would be postponed to a later date.
His next concert, however, is to be held tonight in Houston.
