Kennedy Assassination Anniversary

November 22, 2011 by staff

Kennedy Assassination Anniversary, It’s a somber anniversary for Massachusetts and the entire country. It was nearly five decades ago that President John F. Kennedy was assassinated.

It was 48 years ago on Nov. 22, 1963, the late president and Bay State senator was shot and killed as his motorcade went through the Dealey Plaza in Dallas, with Texas First Lady Jackie Kennedy, Texas Governor John Connally and his wife.

JFK’s death is the subject of arguably the biggest conspiracy theory in history.

Lee Harvey Oswald was accused of carrying out the murder alone. He was killed by Jack Ruby while in police custody.
