K.P. Bath – AP — Portland, Ore. – A federal judge sentenced the author of children’s KP Bath for six years in prison for possession of child p**nography.
In a statement Thursday, Assistant U.S. Attorney Gary Sussman said the 51-year-old author of “The Secret of Castle Cannot” and “Escape from Castle Cannot” had a large collection of photos and video clips. He also traded p**nographic images of at least two out-of-state collectors.
Portland Oregonian newspaper resident spoke in the courtroom, but he wrote a letter to court complaining that the branches of government exercised too much power.
Bath had a book scheduled for release last fall. His publisher has withdrawn if the allegations surfaced.
