Justin Beiber Baby, Lawyers who filed a paternity suit against the pop star Justin Bieber say they have “credible evidence” that the child’s father Mariah Bieber Yeater is. Yeater, 20, said the child was conceived when she and Bieber allegedly had sex with racks after her concert at the Staples Center in Los Angeles in October 2010.
Lawyers Yeater, Lance Rogers and Pare, Matthew, said in a statement from your client wants the financial support and is not seeking a large sum of money.
“It is carrying out a modest demand that we share,” Yeater said lawyers in a statement.
“There is no credible evidence that Justin Bieber is actually the father of her baby,” Yeater said the lawyer.
The lawyers also said that Bieber did not deny having sex without protection Yeater after the show.
Yeater is demanding a paternity test and child support pop star who is now 17 years old. Bieber was 16 at the time of the alleged conception, so legal issues need to be ordered during a hearing in court on December 15
Yeater son, Trystan, was born on July 6.
“We call on Justin Bieber and his lawyers to get to solve this problem in a reasonable manner,” said Yeater lawyers.
Bieber’s legal team, meanwhile, has denied the accusations
“While we have not yet seen the lawsuit, it is sad that someone making claims tortious, defamatory, demonstrably false,” Bieber said a representative of Wednesday.
“We will vigorously pursue all legal remedies available to defend and protect against these accusations to Justin,” added the representative.
Bieber addressed the rumors of himself on Twitter:. “I’m going to ignore the rumors … and focus on what is real,” he wrote on Wednesday, “an opportunity to help by doing what I like to judge me on the music of love yall!”
Bieber is currently promoting his new Christmas album, under the mistletoe, which was released Tuesday.
He is a devout Christian who has spoken out against casual sex in the past.
