Joshua Monson Stabbed Lawyers, Deputies say a man who is accused of stabbing two of his former lawyers with pencils has done it again.

In May, Joshua Monson, 27, is suspected of stabbing two different lawyers to represent him in court proceedings for a period of one week.

The third assault occurred when Monson was in Snohomish County on Tuesday for a felony drug charge – which is also carried out in relation to a separate murder case.

“Monson was bending over some papers in front of his lawyer when he took a pen and tried to stab his lawyer in the head,” said the Sheriff’s Department Snohomish County Bureau Chief Kevin Prentiss.

An off-duty Arlington police and corrections officer under Monson with the help of an electric stun cuff at the ankle was.

Attorney Monson has suffered minor injuries.

Besides the three raids on their lawyers, Monson, “also has charges pending for assaulting two prison officials twice in the Snohomish County Jail,” Prentiss said.

After the final assault, the judge in the case ruled that Monson has lost its right to be represented by counsel and to defend himself, the Everett Herald reported.
