The Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University (JNTU) is a university, focusing on engineering, located in Hyderabad, India, with satellite campus in Kakinada and Anantapur. It also offers a business school. Founded in 1965 as Nagarjuna Sagar Engineering College, the school was renamed in 1972.

Main branches of them in aeronautical engineering, automotive, biotechnology, information technology, Electronics, Electrical, Instrumentation and Control, metallurgy, mechanical, biomedical and civil. Some courses are also offered by mode of contact by correspondence cm*. The number of graduate programs 77, namely M. Tech, MSIT, MBA, MSc and MCA. Large branches Bio-technology, chemical engineering, civil engineering, remote sensing and GIS, electronics and communication engineering, water resources, engineering mechanics, nano-technology, energy systems, environmental studies, microbiology, food technology, management, computer applications, and pharmaceutical sciences.
