Australian Daily Telegraph reports that members of the public have seen his face fall 64-year first stage and hit his head.
Buffett manager then took the stage and urged the fans to leave the auditorium, the flag Hordem.
The singer was taken to Sydney Hospital St. Vincent.
Wednesday night’s concert was Buffett’s fifth and final in Sydney during his current tour.
Singer Jimmy Buffett was hospitalized last night with a head injury after falling off the stage during a concert in Sydney, Australia, the Daily Telegraph.
During the final of his last concert in Sydney for the tour, artist, 64, crashed into a large gap in front of the stage. Fans at the sold-Hordern Pavilion were then asked to leave buffet lay on the floor of the first row of seats waiting for the paramedics arrived, the Telegraph.
Buffet was transported to a local hospital where he was in stable condition, reports TMZ.
According to TMZ, it seems that the flashing lights of the lighting director may have triggered the fall, buffet was unable to see.
Members of the audience said Buffett could be heard metal banging its way to the ground where he lay unconscious, and then for 5-10 minutes.
An audience member told the Telegraph, “We were told to leave. Nobody really wanted to leave because everyone was curious to know if he survived the fall. Everybody was pretty horrified. ”
