Jill Scott & DietJill Scott & Diet, Singer and actress Jill Scott is showing off a slim new figure after losing 50 pounds (23 kilograms). The star insists she is “in a good place” after the adoption of a new healthy diet and exercise regimen to lose weight – and she is showing the results of their work with a sxy fashion shoots for Essence Magazine.

Scott credits his personal trainer to keep your workouts exciting and helping you achieve your dream of your body, telling Essence “(We do) anything that makes me feel like I’m not working. Let’s go outside and throw footballs, take a walk. ”

Grammy winner Jill Scott has lost over 50 pounds and has a new outlook on life. Scott appears in the June issue of Ebony and talks about his renewed happiness. She explains that she lost the weight with a healthy diet and workouts fun and enjoyable with his coach.

She previously starred in the HBO series “The No. 1 Ladies’ Detective Agency” and now releases their new album, “Light of the Sun” on June 28. His last album was released in 2007. Scott recently told CNN in an interview in March 2011 to help a Philadelphia recreation center remain open. The recreation center is an important part of her childhood and wanted to maintain a safe place where families can spend time together. The 39-year-old singer has a two-year-old son, Jett.
