Jets Patriots, With a week of bizarre derogatory and newspaper covers Star Wars style, the game of football real Patriots-Jets has almost been overshadowed by the circus that surrounds it. Come Sunday, however, emphasis will be put back on the field, where a dominant team Patriots will attempt to resume its relatively recent 45-3 victory over Rex Ryan, Mark Sanchez and the New York Jets.
The Jets, however, are only one of two teams to have beaten the Patriots – a Week 2 victory in what was the final act in an era of Randy Moss in New England. So what kind of result you expect to see come Sunday? Will the Patriots blow Sanchez and society of the water? Will they win a tight, defensive game that many expect of football in January? Or an epic shootout?
Could the Jets squeak to victory as they did against Peyton Manning and the Colts – shorten the game and force the hand the ball to Tom Brady? Or, can New York save all his speeches and take revenge on the Patriots erupted with a victory on their own? The long-awaited answers are less than 24 hours.
