Jersey Shore Governor Bad For His State, Just last month, New Jersey Governor Chris Christie blocked a tax credit and 420,000 who have covered the shooting of the coast of New Jersey. Christie said he was “forced” to keep the taxpayers foot the bill, though of course we all know that the governor is one of the biggest critics of Jersey Shore. But now we have learned, thanks to a poll by Quinnipiac University, most residents of New Jersey agreed with him.

The results show that 71% supported the decision to Christie, with 78% according to their specific formulation that “stars” like Snooki, the situation, and Angelina Pivarnick “perpetuate misconceptions about the state and its citizens.”

(Christie made a similar statement in 2010, but then it was just fan the flames of the rivalry between the states, saying: “What you do is take a handful of New Yorkers – more than people in Jersey Shore are New York – [and] let them off the coast of New Jersey, and tries to make Americans feel like this is New Jersey. “)

The reference to these misconceptions, 67% agreed that Jersey Shore is just bad for the image of the Garden State. Although there was a 20% do not know enough to comment on the program, it is worth noting that it was not very different (negative) opinion between 18 and 35 years of age, the core audience of the series .
