Jersey City Evacuation

Jersey City EvacuationJersey City Evacuation, Now that the weather appears to have subsided, many residents of Jersey City, who evacuated to emergency shelters are returning to their homes. As a result, the Office of Emergency Management has announced it will begin to close most of the shelters.

Arsenal Jersey City will close at 12 hours, while PS 7, PS 17, Dickinson High School and Pershing Field will close at 2 pm PS 4 will be open for anyone who still need a temporary shelter until further notice. PD 38 was closed this morning due to potential power outages.
