Jeremy Clarkson IndiaJeremy Clarkson India, This is not the first time that BBC Top Gear’s famous reporter, Jeremy Clarkson has offended India or made racist remarks about Indians. Top Gear TV show anchor Jeremy Clarkson had viewers furious when he made certain tactless statements about Indian clothing, trains and food.

Ridiculing the unhygienic conditions of Indian train toilets Clarkson has received flak for his remarks and is also said to have fitted his Jaguar XS with a toilet seat while doing the rounds in Indian slums. He said that this was necessary for anyone traveling to India as the conditions were such that it left them with bad stomach.

A spokesman for the BBC said that there have been 23 complaints about these offensive comments made by Clarkson. Earlier this month Clarkson was involved in another controversy when he stated that striking private sector workers should be shot in front of their families. He was forced to apologies for his remarks which he made on The One Show on BBC.
