Jenni Jwoww Farley Plumped Lips, There was plenty of drama during the season four première of Jersey Shore which aired last night on U.S television.

But there has been just one question on fans’ lips since it was screened on MTV – just what has happened to J-Woww’s appearance?

The 24-year-old reality star debuted a very different look as she cast were shown arriving in Florence, Italy, where they shot most of the season.

As well as showing off a much slimmer more toned physique, J-Woww – whose real name is Jenni Farley – appeared to have made some changes to her face too.

Her cheek bones were more prominent and the end of her nose appeared slimmer – as did her chin.

The appearance of lines on her face were completely gone and her skin tone was almost flawless.

J-Woww has previously admitted to having breast augmentation surgery but many Jersey Shore fans have been left speculating whether the star has gone under the knife to alter other parts of her body.

Viewers took to social networking sites to voice their shock and opinion over the stars new look.

‘Does anyone else think J-Woww looks really weird and skinny?’ one viewer tweeted.

‘WTF happened to J-Woww’s face? Kinda looks like Cryptkeeper,’ another added.

‘Uh…exactly how much plastic surgery did J-Woww get since last season?’ wrote another – thousands of comments flooding Twitter and Facebook.

However all the public criticism doesn’t seem to be getting to the star who just posted this message on her Twitter page:

‘Just remember u can’t make everyone happy.Only person who matters is urself. Let the haters hate. Hating is a form of jealousy. So smile :)

There are/were alot of these reality shows around. I remember the “real world” and that one show that had to do with getting “voted off the island”.If you get this chance to make a lot of money quick and be famous for a minute then for a splurge like plastic surgery or an expensive car, then just go for it. Who know if you’ll ever get this chance again. She’s right you CAN’T make everyone happy. And like my mother told me when I was 4 or 5″In this life you will find that “there will be people who’ll like you and there will be ones that don’t”.Best advice my mother ever gave me
