Jefferson City Crosshair Stickers

March 3, 2012 by staff

Jefferson City Crosshair Stickers, Lawmakers were outraged in the Missouri Capitol Tuesday, as at least five Democratic Senators found stickers that looked like the crosshairs of a rifle on their office doors, over their name plates. The stickers showed up between noon and 1:00 p.m.

Senate administration says security has been stepped up in the building. Democratic Senator Robin Wright-Jones of St. Louis found a target over her name. Democratic Senator Jolie Justus of Kansas City says some stickers were taken down and replaced with even bigger ones.

Two other Senators that found the stickers were Kiki Curls and Victor Callahan, both of Jackson County. Republican Senator Kevin Engler says these actions should not be tolerated.

Capitol police and the highway patrol are investigating.
