Jason Elia Cancer Super Bowl

Jason Elia Cancer Super Bowl, When Jason Elia found out he was diagnosed with cancer, selling his Super Bowl tickets were not a part of the plan. Too bad that’s exactly what happened.
Quarterback Eli Manning #10 of the New York Giants answers questions from the media during Media Day ahead of Super Bowl XLVI against the New England Patriots at Lucas Oil Stadium on January 31, 2012 in Indianapolis, Indiana.
Upon hearing he had bladder cancer, his girlfriend broke up with him. In an interview with ESPN 97.5 in Houston, Elia said, “Because I have cancer… she said it was too much stress for her to handle to have a boyfriend with a chronic disease.”
So the Nashville based television writer announced on Twitter he would give away the tickets, which reportedly cost him $8,000.
But his ex-girlfriend still wants the tickets, Elia said, since he purchased them for her. And hey, it’s not like she has cancer, so there’s no stress involved in drinking a beer, and watching the biggest football game of the year, right?
